Puma, a German multinational designer and manufacturing company, launches a discord channel for its Web3 community. In a tweet, the sports brand disclosed that all of the brand’s NFT launch, future innovation, and design for its metaverse will be announced first hand at this channel.
Upon launching its discord channel, Puma with the help of CatBlox Studios revealed that CatBlox x PUMA Capsule NFT holders will be able to claim PUMA Nitro Tokens for each Capsule NFT they own. According to the tweet, holders are guaranteed to claim the PUMA Nitro Tokens on August 21.
Catblox x PUMA Capsule NFTs is a collection of 2,500 NFTs co-designed by Colm Dillane, the founder of trendy apparel store KidSuper studios. The NFTs are created in celebration of PUMA’s iconic legacy and culture, which includes rare items with traits and visual characteristics like NFTs.
This NFT collection goes along with perks, such as redeeming physical apparel items based on the rarity tier of their NFTs. In addition, holders of Catblox x PUMA Capsule NFTs could gain access to PUMA’s Web3 future experiences and ecosystems, along with first hand access to upcoming Web3 projects from KidSuper and more.
In June, Puma also collaborated with 10KTF, an NFT project that offers one of a kind metaverse wearables for holders of specific NFT projects. As the sports brand becomes increasingly active with Web3 space, Puma also partners with NFT collections, such as Gutter Cat Gang and Cool Cats.
At the time of writing, the floor price of Catblox x PUMA Capsule NFTs is at 0.36 ETH or around $679.20 as per the largest NFT marketplace, OpenSea.
