- The 2022 Bitcoin Conference in Miami hopes to see more women this year.
- Bitcoin of America is a team led mostly by women.
- Together the team and the Mayor of Miami encourage more women to join the space.
One of America’s leading virtual currency exchanges — Bitcoin of America, says they will return to the Bitcoin Conference in Miami. Specifically, the brand brought much attention to women in crypto last year. This year, it plans to do the same.
To begin, it will bring prominent women from its team who hold executive roles in the company. Above all, the company aims to create an inclusive space for women in the crypto industry and expand their role within.
The Mayor of Miami — Francis Suarez, has made it clear that he plans on making Miami a tech hub. At least, that was his vision for the 2021 Miami Bitcoin Conference. However, this year, Suarez emphasizes the importance of bringing women into the space.
In fact, he specifically welcomes the all-women team from Bitcoin of America.
“I am excited that Miami is hosting the largest Bitcoin conference for the second year. We don’t see very often promoting women in the cryptocurrency industry, and it’s refreshing to see a top operator like Bitcoin of America sending its all-female executive team.”
In particular, he says so to Bitcoin of America’s Director of Business Development — Alice Gorodetsky. The company is one of the leading operators in the crypto industry. To highlight, it offers fast and easy trasnactions to its customers. Also, it provides an active line for customer support.
More so, the company runs over 2,000 Bitcoin ATMs across the USA. Much like last year, the Bitcoin of America team will attend the 2022 Bitcoin Conference in Miami. While they were shocked to see the lack of women at last year’s conference, this year they hope to see a change.
After all, their own team is headed by powerful and brilliant women. For instance, Bitcoin of America’s Operations Manager, Director of Agent Locations, Director of Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Business Development are all women.
No doubt, the Bitcoin conference in Miami made many exciting announcements last year. For example, El Salvador made Bitcoin a legal tender. Certainly, it will be exciting to see what’s in store this year.
