Upbit, the biggest exchange in South Korea, has made an announcement on the launching of several fan tokens for soccer teams on the Chiliz blockchain. These fan tokens include ones for AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Napoli, Arsenal, Barcelona, and Inter Milan.
The South Korean exchange promises to provide a re-information and notice regarding the new Chiliz Fan Token, which is scheduled to start transaction support at 17:00, Thursday. They advise participants to be aware of sudden price fluctuations that may occur after transaction support.
Upbit adds;
Before making a deposit, be sure to check if your account is included in the list of deposit and withdrawal virtual asset providers supported by Upbit.
In addition, in line with Article 17, Paragraph 8 of the Terms of Use, when a significant number of digital assets of unknown origin are deposited, the origin of the funds that were deposited may be determined. Upbit warns users that it is possible that it will not operate, and advises that while using it, users should refer to this warning.
To sum up, Upbit takes various measures such as limiting the minimum order amount to create a stable trading environment. However, depending on the overheated investment environment, the order stabilization message may be exposed to some members.
The Upbit team advises noting that this is an unavoidable measure to process the order of the member who ordered first and to ensure stable service.
