Snoop Dogg catches the attention of the crypto and NFT community once again with his latest announcement. The rapper has filed a trademark application for an online retail store. Specifically, the store will feature virtual goods and NFTs.
From Blockworks’ tweet we can see that the community is quite excited about the announcement. To highlight, many of the responses preach about crypto and NFTs being here to stay.
In detail, the filing is under an NFT+Metaverse trademark application. It is filing for UNCLE SNOOP and UNCLE SNOOP’s. In particular, the filing indicates major plans that include clothing, headwear, footwear, and virtual cannabis. It will also feature pre-rolled hemp cigarettes and energy drinks.
Besides being a hub for smoking paraphernalia, virtual cannabis products, and items of clothing, the store will also have food and beverage products as well. Adding on, the trademark application also calls for a marketplace for NFTs.
Specifically, virtual clothing and apparel will also be available. More so, the online retail store and marketplace will even have digital collectibles and NFTs linked to digital and physical goods.
