According to an announcement, the IYO has set three goals to successfully complete the initial offering of ZLK. These are the following: total value locked must be greater than or equal to $100 million; three consecutive trading days must reach at least $50 million; and total ZLK token addresses must be at least 50,000.

In another tweet, Zenlink specified the activities that will accomplish the conditions set by the IYO.

Zenlink is a cross-chain DEX platform developed on the Polkadot ecosystem in 2020. In September 2021, Zenlink held a successful Series A funding round led by Alameda Research that saw the active participation of well-known investment companies. These include IOSG Ventures, OKEx Blockdream Ventures, TRG Capital, and more.

Meanwhile, Moonriver is a decentralized Ethereum-compatible parachain built on Kusama, an identical twin blockchain of Polkadot.
