Bored Ape Yacht Club announced via Twitter that this year’s ApeFest, which was scheduled this coming June 20 to 23, is going to take over at Pier 17 in New York.
“Can’t wait for four wild nights of unforgettable performances and hanging with you at this one-of-a-kind spot,” BAYC added in its tweet on Monday.
Furthermore, bored apes are going to experience something big and exciting. As its venue — Pier 17 is an indoor/outdoor waterfront venue with panoramic views and a vast 1.5-acre rooftop. It can accommodate a capacity of 3,400 persons each night, which doubled last year’s capacity.
According to an update from Bored Ape Gazette, performers from last year’s ApeFest include Aziz Ansari, Beck, Chris Rock, the Strokes, and Lil Baby. However, BAYC hasn’t disclosed which personalities are going to perform for this year’s event.

The club guaranteed bored apes that more info will come soon. In the meantime, BAYC asked apes who wanted to participate to fill out a survey on their official Discord channel. It also cautioned users against connecting their wallets to take the survey. Furthermore, BAYC will not message anyone about ApeFest.
