On October 28, Nikolai Mushegian, a promising young bitcoin pioneer, tweeted that he was going to be killed by security agents. Shockingly, he was discovered dead on a beach in Puerto Rico a few hours later.
“CIA and Mossad and pedo elite are running some kind of sex trafficking entrapment blackmail ring out of Puerto Rico and Caribbean islands,” Mushegian, a developer of blockchain-based decentralized finance platforms who wanted to end global banking corruption, tweeted at 4:57 a.m. “They are going to frame me with a laptop planted by my ex [girlfriend] who was a spy. They will torture me to death.”
The 29-year-old then went for a stroll outside of his $6 million beach property in San Juan, Puerto Rico’s opulent Condado neighborhood. A surfer off Ashford Beach saw Mushegian’s body in the waves just after 9 a.m. The area is so known for its riptides that nearby hotels advise against swimming in the water.
According to reports, he was dressed normally and was carrying his wallet. The news of Mushegian’s passing was accompanied by his final tweet and other ominous statements about battling “evil” individuals who were a part of the “central banking cabal.” He asserted that they were armed with “debt and blackmail.”
“Some of his paranoia was based on fact,” the source said. “He’d discover things. He knew things. Nikolai got bored a lot with the mundane of life. He’d go after things, constantly putting himself in weird positions. It wasn’t for the money. He was interested in why things were the way they were and the corruption behind it.”
After a difficult split with the partner he disparaged as a “spy” in his most recent tweet, the source characterized Mushegian as a recluse who lived alone with his dog, Sunny.
