- Shibacals runs a successful hoodie design contest and launches the public sale of Shiba Inu-themed Champion hoodies with a free tote bag for buyers.
Excitement fills the air as Shibacals, the in-real-life component of the Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem, embarks on delivering its much-anticipated Shiba Inu-themed Champion hoodies.
Shytoshi Kusama, the enigmatic lead developer of Shiba Inu, couldn’t contain his enthusiasm as Shibacals announced the shipment of the first batch of these trendy hoodies to buyers.
The process will take two to three weeks, marking a significant milestone in the SHIB community.
The first batch, consisting of 398 hoodies, has been dispatched, with Shibacals keeping its doors open for more Shiba Inu enthusiasts to place their orders. Shibacals has also introduced a special offer to sweeten the deal, slashing the hoodie’s price from $75 to an attractive $55.
Shibacals, the official Shiba Inu studio, is changing the game by merging non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with physical items. They employ NFC chips to digitally authenticate real-world collections digitally, enhancing their value.
The project, which debuted just a few months ago, has already partnered with Hewlett-Packard (HP), a multinational tech giant, for 3D printing of physical products. This partnership enables the Shiba Inu community to create premium quality items available for delivery worldwide via UPS Global Shipping.
Shibacals has been bustling with activity, having previously launched a successful hoodie design contest in which community members submitted their designs. The contest resulted in the selection of five unique designs and the public sale of Shiba Inu-themed Champion hoodies, tagged “Shiba Inu: 1st edition.” The sale, which commenced on August 6 and concluded on August 16, 2023, also includes a free tote bag as part of their marketing strategy.
