- Charles Hoskinson is speaking at a Web3 conference together with Microsoft.
- Rumors are floating about a possible partnership between Cardano and Microsoft.
- Meanwhile, ADA is showing a resurgence in the last 24 hours in price and trading volume.
Cardano creator Charles Hoskinson is taking a one-week Twitter break for reasons unknown. However, recent news confirmed that he will be appearing at RareEvo, a Web3 conference in Denver, CO from August 24 to 26.
Hoskinson will be speaking at the conference together with some big players in the crypto industry, including personalities such as Bitboy, Crypto Wendy, Rachel Wolfson, and more. Interestingly, representatives from industry giants Microsoft, FedEx, and Activision/Blizzard, are also there.
While nothing has been confirmed yet, some are speculating that Cardano is up to something huge, which will be announced during the Web3 conference. Others are even alleging that Hoskinson is pitching Cardano to Microsoft for it to become the latter’s Web3 partner.
It should be noted that Cardano is recently highlighting its offerings that make it a suitable partner for any Web3 endeavor, according to a number of blogs published on its website. In fact, EMURGO, a Web3 firm based on Cardano, is also present during the event alongside Input Output Global (IOG), where Hoskinson is CEO.
To be clear, none of the rumors being floated about a Cardano-Microsoft partnership has any merit.
Regardless, Cardano’s native crypto ADA is making a strong recovery in terms of price and trading volume. At the time of writing, ADA is changing hands at $0.2948, according to CoinMarketCap.
