Binance makes an official announcement on its website about the latest project on Binance launchpool. Specifically, Maverick Protocol (MAV) is making its debut on Binance Launchpool in a matter of hours.
In detail, Maverick Protocol is setting up on the Binance Launchpool making it the 34th project to make it to the platform. Both parties are equally excited for this big event. The official post even shared the website when Binance users can welcome MAV soon.
To highlight, MAV is a composable decentralized exchange (DEX). It offers liquidity providers the opportunity to achieve high capital efficiency by implementing their preferred Liquidity Providing (LP) strategy.
Participants will be able to stake their Binance Coin (BNB) and TrueUSD (TUSD) into separate pools, allowing them to farm MAV tokens over a period of 25 days. The farming activity will commence from June 14, 2023, at 00:00 UTC.
Once the liquidity requirement is met, Binance will list MAV and enable trading with three pairs. The trading pairs are MAV/BTC, MAV/USDT, and MAV/TUSD trading pairs. The exact date and timing for trading commencement shall be out at a later time.
To encourage trading activity, users will benefit from zero maker fees specifically on the MAV/TUSD trading pair until further notice.
The specifics of the Maverick Launchpool details are that the token name is MAV and it has a total token supply of 2,000,000,000 MAV. In addition, the launchpool token rewards amount to 30,000,000 MAV (1.5% of total token supply). There is also no upper limit for staking terms. However, KYC is necessary.
Meanwhile, the supported pools for staking include staking BNB for 24,000,000 MAV in rewards (80%). Additionally, you can also stake TUSD for 6,000,000 MAV in rewards (20%). Finally, the notice mentions that the farming period will take place from June 14, 2023, at 00:00 UTC, until July 8, 2023, at 23:59 UTC.
It is important to note that throughout this period, the distribution of MAV rewards will occur daily, with specific quantities allocated to the BNB Pool and the TUSD Pool. Also, daily rewards for each pool will be updated in real-time.
