The collaboration was revealed on June 26 and will provide developers immediate access to Alchemy’s comprehensive Web3 platform. World Chain was first introduced in April 2024 as a blockchain designed for humans. According to Tools for Humanity, a key contributor, it will work alongside Optimism, Coinbase, and the Ethereum ecosystem as part of the Superchain. The migration from OP mainnet is still pending. Once completed, it will host Worldcoin’s World ID and the World App, which users receive after an iris scan at designated orbs worldwide.
