Shiba Inu announced that its highly anticipated collectible card game Shiba Eternity has launched globally today, October 6. Users all over the world can now download the game from Android and iOS devices.
Read CRYPTONEWSLAND onAccording to the team, the game is composed of 10,000 Shiboshi Heroes, 500 collectible cards, 87 card traits, 21 special bark powers, 21 card keyboards, 11 passive powers, and rich deep lore.
Each player will have their own Shiboshi that they have to protect from other players. Furthermore, players can choose fighter or weapon cards, the former is used to attack their opponent and the latter will contain a unique ability to fight on behalf of their Shiboshis.
“I’ll be locked in finishing up a complete players guide for your new favorite collectible card game,” the chief developer Shytoshi Kusama said after the game launched. Upon discussing the lore and plans on Discord, Kusama stated that 5% of burned SHIB tokens would be used as Shiba Eternity’s game rewards.
The launch date, which was originally slated on October 1, was marked by the meme coin’s community as “Download Day.” The community also expect that the game will gather more than a million downloads during Download Day. Recently, the game was tested in Vietnam and Australia and received good feedback from both countries.
In fact, it is now the number 4 card game in the apple store at the time of writing. Google Play also registered more than 5,000 downloads and has a 5-star verified review from 78 different users.
