- RippleNet is already processing domestic fiat transactions with its partners.
- American Express and Santander have been working with Ripple for years.
- After the XRP vs SEC case, RippleNet will likely see mass global adoption.
Ripple takes the spotlight once again on the Twitter crypto space. This time the attention comes from Ripple’s successful ongoing partnership with American Express. Specifically, Twitter user Chad Steingraber explains how this partnership works.
In detail, Steingraber says that RippleNet is a network that processes domestic FIAT transactions. Additionally, he says that Ripple can do this without using XRP to process these transactions.
As we can see from the tweet above, Steingraber says this is what makes XRP RippleNet’s secret weapon. RippleNet only needs to get companies to use their transaction technology and then the XRP plan comes in later, he states.
The Twitter post goes on to share what Ripple’s partnerships with American Express and Santander signifies. In particular, the tweet shares a quote from Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple. Here, Garlinghouse says that these partnerships showcase a huge step forward in solving problems pertaining to corporate customers’ experience with global payments.
In addition, Garlinghouse says transfers that would once take days will now be done in real-time. Thus, partnerships such as these will lead to moving money as fast as businesses themselves. More excitingly, it seems both American Express and Santander are suggesting Ripple to extend worldwide in the long run.

The fact that Ripple has credible, prominent, and respectable clients across the world is another strong sign for the XRP and crypto community. This is another green signal for the likely victory of Ripple in the XRP vs SEC case. The crypto community and the Ripple team are quite confident about winning this case. We are now closer than ever to finding out who the victor will be. For XRP holders, many are waiting for the price of XRP to skyrocket soon after the expected positive verdict.
