According to CoinGecko’s findings, the Philippines has held the title of most interested country in Web3 gaming from 2021 to 2023. The research findings have been determined by Web3 gaming-related search interest by country.

Following up on the Philippines this year is Nigeria, which dethroned China for second place. Nigeria was in third place last year and has now taken second place. The third place this year was snagged by Pakistan that wasn’t even in the top 5 last year.

In order, the top 15 countries for the year 2023 who showed interest in Web3 gaming are as follows; the top three are Philippines, Nigeria, and Pakistan. The next is Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands.

Following after, on the leaderboard this year, is China, which dropped by a lot compared to the last two years and then Kenya. Finally, the last five are Lebanon, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, and lastly, the UAE.

After the many projects that have been announced this year, it will be very exciting to see which countries enter or shoot up this list for next year. A close market to keep an eye on would certainly be the UAE.
