Changpeng Zhao, founder of Binance, has established a strategic coalition with Kyrgyzstan to boost its digital economy status through his world-leading crypto exchange platform. Zhao signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on April 3, 2025, as he partnered with the National Investment Agency (NIA) under the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Strengthening the Technological Infrastructure
Through this agreement Kyrgyzstan will receive assistance for developing its technological framework together with digital asset protection methods.
