Gala Games has recently partnered with music icon Snoop Dogg. Through the partnership, they have launched a Web 3.0-focused music platform named Gala Music.
Read CRYPTONEWSLAND onAccording to the announcement, Gala Music will become the “first decentralized record company.” Aside from a Web 3.0-inspired music store, Gala Music is also introducing its “Listen-to-Earn” concept.
Specifically, Snoop Dogg launched a new album named “Bacc on Death Row” (BODR). Fans can purchase the album directly on Gala Music. Also, this album is composed of 17 track NFTs.
In sync with its platform announcement, Gala Music also held an opening ceremony graced by artists including Steve Aoki.
During the event, Aoki expressed his curiosity about the opportunities coming with Web 3.0. Meanwhile, electronic music legend BT will also launch a collection of audio-visual installation NFTs on Gala Music. Named The Orbs, this album will provide “fully generative, unique soundtracks and animations that can be appreciated and engaged with forever.”
