- Donald Trump opened crypto donations leading to massive donations in crypto.
- His campaign is accepting BTC, ETH, DOGE, SHIB, and more.
- Biden is now scrambling to match Trump’s donations as the DOGE chart turns bullish.
Former US President and current 2024 US Presidential candidate, Donald Trump said not too long ago that his campaign would accept crypto donations if it isn’t already. Today, it is official, Donald Trump’s campaign page now accepts crypto donations.
Based on the tweet above, not only is Trump’s campaign taking Bitcoin (BTC) as campaign donations. But, he is also accepting other crypto assets as well. In particular, Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIB) are among the crypto donation options.
This news has come at an interesting time when the Dogecoin (DOGE) price chart is printing interesting bullish patterns. According to a few crypto traders and investors, the price of DOGE is set to soar very soon.
In particular, this trader above expects Dogecoin (DOGE) price to make a vertical leap very soon. This leap is expected to be an exponential one, perhaps this is what will set off the golden bull run for altcoins. Many are expecting DOGE to set a new ATH, possibly at $1.
Meanwhile, Biden’s administration finds itself in a pitch. Biden himself has begun to ask for donations to match the inflows of Trump’s campaign. It seems accepting crypto donations have opened floodgates of funds for Trump and Biden is scrambling to match it.
It truly is a very interesting time for the crypto sector in the United States of America. With the House trying to pass a bill to protect crypto businesses from the SEC’s rampage, the future for crypto in the US is looking brighter everyday.
