A staggering 6193.46 Rocket Pool (RPL) tokens were purchased not too long ago via a wallet address that has remained private. In a statement on Twitter, CryptoNewsLand.com announced that the transfer of the tokens had taken place.

According to Etherscan.io, the purchase of the tokens took place not too long before the leading global cryptocurrency exchange platform Binance issued the notice regarding the RPL listing.

Despite this, the anonymous wallet address was able to sell all of its Rocket Pool tokens in just ten minutes after the statement was made by Binance. Because of this, the unknown wallet address ended up making a profit of $55,400 USD.

Surprisingly, the only tokens utilized by the anonymous wallet address were USDT and Ethereum (ETH) tokens, all of which originated from OKX, which is a cryptocurrency exchange and derivatives exchange situated in the Seychelles.

This transpires in the wake of a recent revelation that indicated that another unknown wallet address had transferred 69,306 Ethereum tokens to FTX, which is an exchange for cryptocurrency derivatives. Following the completion of this transaction, the unknown whale wallet had all of its Ethereum holdings moved to the address of the FTX exchange.

As of the time of this writing, the price of RPL is sitting at $35.07, and  has a CoinMarketCap ranking of 213, and has a live market cap of $360,504,503. It has a total supply of 10,279,742 RPL that is actively being circulated.
