• Amazon Managed Blockchain adds Polygon PoS for efficient dApp development.
  • AMB Access Polygon offers free Polygon PoS access during public preview.
  • Developers across finance, gaming, and brands benefit from this integration.

Every day, developers are expanding scalable applications using Polygon PoS for reliability, quick transactions, and low fees. From NFT marketplaces to real-world asset tokenization, Polygon plays a pivotal role. Now, Amazon Web Services is simplifying dApp development by integrating Polygon PoS into Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) Access.

As more developers have begun to explore exciting new use cases for scalable and mainstream applications on the Polygon PoS, the following new perks come easy. Amazon Managed Blockchain Access adding Polygon PoS support brings seamless integration, providing developers a reliable and cost-efficient platform for Web3 app development.

Additionally, AMB Access Polygon allows instant and serverless access to Polygon PoS mainnet and Mumbai testnet during public preview, with no minimum cost. Standard AWS data transfer charges still apply.

Accordingly, other benefits for developers include faster time to market with no setup time, automatic scaling as workload grows, and cost-efficient management, saving up to 80% in blockchain node spend. Lastly, it also brings production-grade applications with AWS’s high reliability standards.

As for applications across industries, financial services gain the light of powering digital asset offerings with JSON-RPC APIs. Similarly, web3 games see creating NFTs for in-game use and exchange. Finally, consumer brands are able to offer NFTs as loyalty rewards.

A few collaboration projects to highlight include Magic, a wallet-as-a-service provider facilitating instant non-custodial wallet creation. Mystic Moose, an indie game developer studio and Mojo Melee publisher. Oasis Pro, a global fintech infrastructure provider for real-world assets and RecoChoku, a leading music streaming company.

Also, a collaboration between Animoca, AWS, and Polygon Labs was announced earlier to accelerate Web3 startup development through the MoonRealm Express Accelerator.
