A quorum of 5 million RAIN was needed for a valid vote, and the total votes cast were 8.4 million RAIN. BONE swept the board, garnering all 8.4 million votes. A substantial portion of these votes came from the user groovydeath.eth, who contributed 7 million RAIN.
