Crypto Twitter has found new entertainment in the wake of FTX’s collapse after Ben Armstrong, also known as Bitboy Crypto, appears to have gone to the Bahamas in pursuit of Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF). Now, Bitboy’s next target is Canadian entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary, also known as Mr. Wonderful.

In context, Bitboy has been hounding SBF prior to the FTX collapse, attempting to expose the latter’s alleged misdeeds. Now that SBF’s character has been disgraced with FTX’s collapse and a number of questionable actions in the past, Bitboy is focusing his attention on O’Leary.

For those who were previously uninitiated, O’Leary revealed that he has invested in FTX. He was also a spokesperson for FTX back in 2021. Now that FTX is essentially bankrupt, the entrepreneur says that the crypto exchange still has value and that he is willing to support and trust SBF again.

This led some people to question O’Leary’s sincerity and investment instinct — hence, Bitboy’s hounding. The latter even claimed O’Leary has committed murder.

As a response to Bitboy’s tweet, O’Leary engaged in a word war.

People chimed in, asking how to take out one’s garage (a typo error when O’Leary may have meant garbage instead). Jokes aside, for O’Leary to respond to Bitboy is remarkable in itself, given that the former is a television personality.

In addition, people are saying that O’Leary’s claim that FTX will rise again is insensitive at best, given that many people have lost money on the exchange.
