Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) shared a document containing principles he is maintaining to help the company thrive despite continued market volatility.
Read CRYPTONEWSLAND onThe document, which has almost 6,000 words, contained tips and strategies that the crypto frontrunner has been implementing both on himself as the highest executive of Binance and as a person.
As mentioned in the tweet, the document was originally intended for the eyes of Binance employees only. Some reflected how he makes decisions, especially during critical moments, as well as how he budgets his time between work and rest.
One of the tips that he highlighted was about the value of long-term gains. He said:
“One-sided deals don’t last, and you always have to look for new (weak) partners to work with. The ROI is negative. Short-term successes are small. I am against short-term wins. They often have negative long-term impacts. They distract you from focusing on the long term. The hidden opportunity costs are high. Aim for the long term, bigger wins.”
CZ’s advice has been most coveted in the crypto space, as he remains one of the most successful persons in the industry. From virtually zero, CZ has grown his wealth up to $70 million in just five years. Given that a good portion of his wealth is in crypto, many estimate his net worth between $17 billion to $33 billion in October 2022.
