The local government of Abkhazia, a partially recognized South Caucasus republic, continues to shut down crypto mining farms. Specifically, the authorities have already closed eight crypto mining farms from June 1 to June 14. This movement was made to enforce the country’s law on the crypto mining ban. The authorities have sealed and disconnected a total of 300 mining rigs.

The mining farm in the area was installed with numerous mining rigs that consumed 170 kilowatts of electricity. As a result, the operator of the facility was fined amounting to 408 Russian rubles.

Despite the left and right issues that the crypto world is facing right now, some remain bullish in cryptocurrency. One of them is Lark Davis, a Bitcoin investor, and crypto analyst, who expresses his bullish support over a tweet:
Best of all, Bitcoin is officially a legal tender in the country of El Salvador. Therefore, people in El Salvador can now have more payment options in buying things and services in the country. After the announcement, other countries in the same continent have also expressed their interest in doing the same.
