Crypto.com has recently partnered with Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James. Through his LeBron James Family Foundation, the NBA star has started a program to teach kids in his hometown Akron, OH to learn blockchain.
Read CRYPTONEWSLAND onThe current partnership is a multi-year deal between Crypto.com and LeBron. In the current deal, up to 1,600 youth from Akron will be immersed into blockchain and its subsections such as cryptocurrency, metaverse, and Web 3.0.

Late in 2021, Crypto.com signed a deal to rename the Staples Center into Crypto.com Arena. This multi-purpose arena is located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Also, this is home to three NBA teams namely Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers, and Los Angeles Lakers — the latter is where LeBron plays.
