This time, Davis shares a chart outlining Bitcoin cycles on the Bitcoin price chart. He highlights Bitcoin’s price journey on the charts by dividing critical moments by color. As we can see from the tweet, yellow marks accumulation periods, red marks bear periods, and green marks bull periods.

Like many other crypto analysts, Davis marks the next halving to be the trigger point for the next Bitcoin bullrun. Historically, this has been true, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) has always hit a new all-time high after a Bitcoin Halving event.

The year 2024 will experience the next Bitcoin (BTC) halving event. Thus, Davis says one of the biggest indicators to ensure Bitcoin’s next bull run will have to do with how much Bitcoin traders and investors will accumulate before the halving occurs.

Looking at the tweet, we see how Davis has marked three specific points to trigger the Bitcoin bull run that everyone is waiting for. Although, Davis does mark that this will likely happen only if history repeats itself.

Firstly, Davis draws light to the crucial move of accumulation until the halving. Secondly, he says the big markup post halving will likely take the price of BTC to up to $180,000. Positive responses to the tweet expect the price of BTC to surpass $200,000 to perhaps even hit $250,000.

After this bull period, Davis predicts another bear market where the price of Bitcoin (BTC) will draw down by 70% and will seep into 2026. Finally, Davis ends his prediction post by saying in this bear market following the bull run, Bitcoin (BTC) price will bottom around $50,000.
