• Metabomb is now live on Mainnet: play.metabomb.io.
  • Players can now earn by playing different types of game modes of Metabomb.
  • The game is developing towards GameFi 2.0, a union of p2e concept and DeFi 2.0.

Metabomb, a “Chibi bomb game” on Binance Smart Chain, announced the official launch of its game. The official Twitter account of Metabomb confirmed the announcement, adding that players can now start earning via its BSC Mainnet.

Metabomb is a Bomberman-based metaverse game where players can choose from matches against other players or work with them to defeat a powerful boss. The project is customized in a way that players won’t have to stay with the game for a long time to earn more profit.

In summary, the play-to-earn concept of the game generally revolves around collecting tokens and NFT items in different game modes including Chest Farm, Boss Hunt, PvP, Arena Battle, and Tournaments. Upon acquisition of these rewards, players can trade them via the Marketplace

Furthermore, players can work together to build, own, buy, and rent properties in the Metabomb metaverse world. The Chest Farm mode allows players to collect NFT bricks, which were used to mint properties that others could rent in the metaverse world.

The main in-game currency token of Metabomb is the MTB token. Its main utilities are for purchasing NFTs (Hero), NFT fusion, and upgrading Hero level during the early stages of the game.

In the future, Metabomb will develop towards GameFi 2.0, a combination of play-to-earn mode and DeFi 2.0. The GameFi 2.0 allows the users to have authority upon the game’s development process, which would provide a stable and ordered in-game economy.
