Dan Held will be taking part in the DeFi space as the brand ambassador in a part-time role. Held will also be taking the marketing role in the Bitcoin platform.
Furthermore, Held has been with Kraken for over two years and was a big proponent of the company’s acquisition of Crypto Facilities.
Kraken platform on Wednesday posted on its website that it does not intend to do any layoffs and is going ahead with its original hiring plan. The platform earlier said that it had more than 500 roles this year. According to Coinmarketcap, the Kraken is the fourth-largest crypto exchange by trading volume.
